      • Latoya apparently you don’t know Reginald Watkins as well as as you think.

Watkins, 53, admitted to the F.B.I. that he would have continued to rob banks until he was caught. He confessed to borrowing his mother’s Silver Mitsubishi Galant from their home and using it on his crime spree.

At Watkins bond hearing, Federal Magistrate Peter Palmero noted that Watkins had a long arrest record for robberies and strong arm robberies and at one point had actually been convicted and sentenced to nine years in prison. Palmero further stated that Watkins criminal record dated back to 1977.

Watkins told Federal Magistrate Palmero that he was disabled and had been unemployed since 1987.

How well do you know Watkins and did you show up to offer your support at his bond hearing? According to reports no family members or friends showed up for his first appearance before the magistrate.
